Laker Coffee Co. is a mobile coffee trailer and small batch roaster in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The innovative mobile coffee trailer has been hand-built and the roasts hand-picked by Chris McPhee.

Established in 2019, grown out of a love of carpentry and coffee, the mobile coffee trailer will serve a selection of small batch roasts from around the world, brought home to downtown Edmonton.

OUR COFFEE

Picked and purchased by considering quality first, we offer our customers four different roasts, including a Laker house blend, a dark roast, a medium roast, and a light roast. On hand, perfect for those warm summer days, we’ll have a kegerator, cold kombucha and nitro cold brew.

Laker Coffee’s mission is about quality. Our partners have travelled the world and developed a quality-focused—and sustainable—relationship with some of the world’s best coffee bean farms, from Costa Rica to Asia.

We aim to bring this world-class coffee to a growing coffee community in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. We want high-quality coffee to be accessible and available to the people of downtown YEG and we want to be the ones to provide that coffee.   

We want to give our customers a unique and memorable coffee experience that they will remember and return to. We want to be that little moment of enjoyment, a momentary reprieve, that you experience during your day.
