Laker Coffee’s mission is about quality. Our partners have travelled the world and developed a quality-focused—and sustainable—relationship with some of the world’s best coffee bean farms, from Costa Rica to Asia. We aim to bring this world-class coffee to a growing coffee community in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. We want high-quality coffee to be accessible and available to the people of downtown YEG and we want to be the ones to provide that coffee.    We want to give our customers a unique and memorable coffee experience that they will remember and return to.
